What is Hitched in a Heartbeat?

Hitched in a Heartbeat is a curated elopement experience, designed for couples who want the simplicity of a registry wedding, but with the atmosphere, styling, and romance of an award-winning garden venue, without the overwhelm.

How does it work?

Four couples book their own 2-hour private wedding experience within our garden venue.

When can we book?

Hitched in a Heartbeat will be offered once a month, across two days (Thursday and Friday), pending bookings.

  • Within the beautiful backdrop of Kangy Gardens, you will get access to:

    • Award-winning Jardin Chapel for the ceremony

    • The entirety of our lush and picturesque gardens for photos

    • A glass of bubbly for each of your guests

    • A grazing board

    • Maximum of 15 people

    • 2 hour venue hire

  • Your ceremony will be led by a professional celebrant, creating a relaxed and meaningful experience. From signing the legal paperwork to the moment you say your vows, everything is taken care of.

  • To treasure all the special memories, our professional photographer will capture the full experience. From your ceremony in the Jardin Chapel, to relaxed family photos throughout the gardens, every part of the celebration is thoughtfully shot. Picture candid interactions, portraits, and the many moments in between.

  • A relaxed, professional bridal makeup session designed to help you feel calm, confident, and relaxed before your ceremony. 1 hour prior to saying “I do”, our makeup artist will work with you onsite, allowing you to enjoy the moment before the celebrations begin, so you can look and feel your best.

Step 1

Enquire, Visit & Wander

Start by visiting Kangy Gardens for a complimentary one-hour walkthrough with our venue owners. This is your chance to explore our gardens, step inside the Jardin Chapel, and ask any questions! We will help you envision how your day will flow.

Step 2

Sign, Book & Secure

Once you’re ready to move forward, we will guide you through the next steps. Fill out the paperwork, meet with your celebrant, and officially secure your ceremony date and time.

Step 3

Arrive, Celebrate & Enjoy

It’s officially time to say “I Do”. Simply arrive and enjoy the experience with your closest people, while we take care of the rest. Once your ceremony is finished, celebrate with a glass of bubbly for each guest, snap those family photos and enjoy the nibbles after.
